Booking Policies
BOOKING POLICY
We require a ₱500 deposit in order to reserve your slot. We will gladly accept payments for the remainder of your bill via Gcash, Bank Transfer or Cash upon completion of your session.
*Take note that we only accept CASHLESS Payments: Gcash, BDO and Unionbank.
SESSION POLICY
Please come with a clean, bare and washed face. We will be applying our signature oils and serums so it is best to be free of skincare to avoid any reactions.
If you’d prefer to use your own skincare for the session, please prepare your choice of facial oil as the gua sha and massage will need the consistency of an oil in order to avoid too much friction on the skin.
As much as possible appointments must start on time.
For the duration of your Face Sculpt treatment please refrain from using your phone or constantly getting up as this will disrupt the process of the therapist and your results. The best position for our treatment is laying down, completely relaxed and comfortable.
LATE START POLICY
Our therapists are booked within strict time slots. A late start to your session, by fault of the client, will still end at the designated ending time. This is to ensure that our next client’s session will also start on time.
REBOOKING POLICY
We understand that unforeseen events may impact your schedule unexpectedly, should you need to rebook please do inform us 48 hours before your scheduled session. This will ensure that we will be able to fill your slot with our clients on the waiting list.
Sessions rebooked within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your initial deposit of ₱500.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
We follow a strict No Show & No Cancellation Policy and in the event you decide to cancel your service, your initial deposit of ₱500 will be forfeited.
STRICT NO VIDEO RECORDING POLICY
At Face Sculpt our treatments are unique and have been created out of hard-work and long research. Please refrain from long-video recording our sessions. You may absolutely take short clips to post on social media or to share with friends and family. This is also noted on our waiver for you to sign at the beginning of your first session.
