Rene McHugh-Rodrigo is a Clinical Herbalist practitioner accredited in the United Kingdom, and head of Face Sculpt Massage Training. She is currently advancing her expertise through a Master's program in Herbal Medicine in the United States, while also deepening her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Ateneo University. Her expertise in massage and Lymphatic Therapy is supported by certifications in Bowen Therapy, Fascial Manipulation®️ — Stecco Method, and Dr. Vodder Applied Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Moreover, Rene is a spa consultant for luxury resorts, with nearly ten years of entrepreneurial experience in the beauty and wellness industry which has further honed her skills and contributed to her comprehensive understanding of holistic health practices and spa therapies.

Alexsandra Santos-Francisco, our Co-Founder and Head of Operations. As a certified Medical Aesthetician, she specializes in the latest facial techniques to enhance client care and experience. With a Bachelors in Interior Design, her attention to detail is evident in aesthetics, form and function which ensures exceptional quality and overall client experience at Face Sculpt. She is constantly on the lookout for up-and-coming trends in wellness and beauty to constantly innovate and improve our services. Alexsandra has extensive experience in the industry, including co-founding businesses and organizations focusing on mental health and well-being.
